Phosphor Bronze Strips Coils Rolls

Phosphor bronze strips are used in the manufacture of bearing parts due to their high wear resistance. Because of their hardness, they are easy to process. They are also used for decorative purposes due to their distinctive surface appearance. CuSn6 is produced domestically, while CuSn8 is imported.

They are generally rolled materials with a width of 300-320mm. They can be sliced and supplied in the desired size and width.

Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin. It is suitable for cold forming and spinning. It generally contains 10% tin and 90% copper. The harder the bronze, the harder it is. The softer the tin, the softer the material. To enhance certain properties and reduce the price, lead and zinc are added in certain proportions to tin, creating a material colloquially known as red.
